* Department of Botany The Natural History Museum, London
[Poster presentation]
The Department of Botany at NHM has made four 17th/18th century herbaria accessible via the WWW. Digitization of these historical botanical specimens has wide ranging conservation and access benefits. Each collection has a full set of images complete with a searchable database which contains related information on each specimen. Details of each collection website are given along with technical details of scanning and storage of data and images. Future projects are also listed.
